- BKBob KnowltonMay 28, 20241.0I used to hire this company to do routine maintenance on my in-ground pool. Four years ago they replaced my pool heater and did a good job. Three weeks ago a temperature sensor failed on the heater. I called them to service it. The woman who answered said they would get someone out to my place to service the heater within one to two weeks. A week and a half went by and no word, so I called again. The woman said they would get back to me with a time to come out to service the heater. A day later I received an email saying they no longer provide service, just remodeling and new construction. They could have told me this when I first called, but instead wasted two weeks of my time. Customer service appears to be at an all-time low.
