  Not pushy and listened to my wants and needs for a recliner. Even gave great info on adjustments that could be made for the model I found.

  We just purchased two lazy boy recliners at the end of March. On delivery one chair had wavy fabric on the right side arm and the stitching on the other chair was coming out. We took pictures and submitted them to the warehouse for a repair date on 4/2/26. I called them to inquire on a time for my chairs to be fixed they said they were just submitting the request and needed to order parts. This was4/7/26 Spoke to Janea. I was upset that they were just doing this 1week after I had submitted photos and was told I would be contacted immediately with a repair date. They did have someone come out and verify the repairs that needed to be done. He said Janea would give me a call. No call to date it’s been 2 months.we called today still no resolution. We have an employee trying to help us her name is Anita, but it appears her own people don’t even want to work with her. From what I understand there is a supervisor in the “warehouse” his name is Daniel…. He won’t return Anita’s calls either. Sounds like this company need some serious help. Sorry I didn’t know that before I bought my chairs.

  I marked this as a two star reveiw for one reason; yes they did end up rectifying their mistakes, but in order to get there was appalling and here is why... My boyfriend and I went there during their grand re-opening sale (yes, I understand it was very hetic) and ended up buying a piece of furniture on display (this is important later) and waited until the next day to pick it up. The next day we find out they had SOLD IT to someone else and took it with them. Now, they did rectify the situation by calling the other LaZBoy to see if they had the same one and they did. We drove all the way to the other site on San Mateo, turns out that one had some pretty bad nics, but luckily they had another one very similar and we ended up with that at a cheaper price. Now, they had 50% stickers for furniture that was only for buying it on display/ on floor, mind you we did not get this deal to begin with and so we had kindly asked them if that deal can now be applied to the furniture piece we ended up with since it was not only cheaper but also a display piece. It was an ordeal in order to have our money refunded to the new price; we felt like we were not taken seriously as customers though are money is green like everyone else's walking through the door, but we had to wait in store for about an hour (maybe more) just to be seen (not to mention that we had to go in the next day after they told us they would call and they never did). This was our first, and last, time going to LaZboy (least at this location). My hope is that you take this review and learn from these mistakes for future customers.
