  Love to walk around and look at their furniture. I think they make the best chairs and have bought several for different rooms. They last and last and are more comfortable than anything at Tema and way better price. Great high end leather and fabrics.

  Great service from our salesperson however after bringing the chair home I noticed the right are had a large wrinkle in the leather from a lack of filler. I followed the directions, took pictures and uploaded it to the service department. A week has gone by and no response. Terrible/No “after the sale” service!

  I will never buy anything from lazy boy again. On 06/19/26 we went to lazy boy to buy a recliner, for my husband for father's day. We looked at several recliners, and then we looked at love seat recliners, one in particular, went back and forth between the two and decided to buy the loveseat recliner, that had the phone charger and remote control for the recliner. We were told they had two at their warehouse on jefferson street in Albuquerque if we wanted to pick it up. But we chose to pay for the delivery charge for them to bring it to the house. Today the recliner showed up. It is not the one that I had ordered and paid for. I called lazy boy on San Mateo and I talk to the salesperson, who sold us the recliner first I was told it would be 2 months out before I could get that particular recliner that I wanted, then he came back and told me they would sell me the floor model for $137. and some change more if I wanted the recliner with the phone charger and remotes. I don't understand how he ordered the wrong recliner, and supposedly charged me the price of the recliner that they delivered today, because we were sitting on the one we wanted. He looked at the tag and took the model number off of it. And just so you know, they make you sign a no refund policy paper. Now I understand why. I went back-and-forth today, with that salesperson. He tried to make it right in his eyes. He did tell me he was human and he made a mistake. This particular recliner was also on sell, i can't prove how much the recliner was because I did not take a picture of the sales price lesson learn take a picture of your sell price. I argued with this salesperson about the price that we were charged. But then again, I can't prove it because I did not take a picture of it.

  So far so good. I came in to find a new sofa. I came to La-Z-Boy because I knew the quality of the furniture.Teresa Siow was very helpful & informative. Also just a pleasure to work with. The hardest part was picking out the fabric. I took several samples home. Looked at them in every conceivable light (hope I made the right choice:) Went back the next day & placed my order. In 4-8 weeks I'll know how I did. That said, I do know the sofa will be well made & last .

  Gerald gave me the benefit of his full, knowledgable attention one quiet weekday afternoon at the San Mateo store. He worked with my size and fit me into a recliner that best accommodated me and will provide true comfort for some physical issues. His patience extended to the following afternoon as I mulled over fabric selections. A preponderance of safe choices made settling on one difficult but I found a soft faux suede performance fabric I wanted and I look forward to taking delivery in just a few more weeks!
