I had a drip system leak. I called and received same day service. The tech explained things in detail, solved the problem, and cleaned up the area. Very professional. I would call again if needed.
Great experience with the technician. I belive they have the knowledge and skill to address every sprinkler system issue and make those repairs quickly and at a high quality. Their scheduling team is effienct and communicates extremely well. They are a bit expensive, but in my experience you really do get what you pay for.

Do not use this company, cheap unfinished work that will fail. THEY DON’T GLUE THEIR PIPES! I moved into my first home a few years ago, which already has a just sprinklers system, it worked for a few months, then one of the stations failed and all our grass died. Less than a year later a second station jammed and started flooding our, and the neighbors’ yards. We attempted to contact them to repair, but the estimate was five to ten times other quotes received. So we made sure with just one station, and when trying to expand, the other contractor found that NONE OF THE PIPES IN OUR SYSTEM WERE GLUED TOGETHER. This explained the constant failure of the system and numerous costly repairs.
Was told I would receive a quote within a few days of the landscaping work I want done but they never got back to me. I called twice to try and get an update and was never contacted again. The receptionist I spoke to was also rude, completely unnecessary. Don't hire a cranky reception because they only have to be polite and give out appointments, pretty low-bar to fail.
Update:
I finally got a quote this morning that they mysteriously added to. When I opened the pdf the quote said $1,800 and now when I look it says over $3,000! They claimed they forgot to add the labor, but in the breakdown the labor is $2000! That would also make the total $3,800 so this company is just being even more and more suspicious and price gauging without explanation. Why is the labor so expensive if they are just planning on using an excavator?!
They also quoted me $6K for a picket fence only 20ft long. Absolutely insane. I'd look elsewhere if you want landscaping done.Definitely will not be using this dishonest company.

The workman was a hard worker and good natured, but he was very sloppy. Tools and materials strewn about in my yard and driveway, plus he put 2 - 90 degree couplings in the line he was repairing that were completely unnecessary with flexible piping which he charged me for. The restoration of the landscaping was second rate, and I ended up finishing the next morning. This was an easy repair with splicing in a new flexible line into an area, and there was still a leak to next morning.
