I won't ever shop at this specific one ever again... Just my personal take so I wanted to create something so I started my own golf outdoor lifestyle brand and this hobby lobby is near where I live.. I had been going there for a long time and one day after 50+ visits getting things for the brand I noticed walking in one day that there were SUVs completely blacked out Windows backed up in the first parking spaces... As a person who went to school and is actually currently getting another concentration human behavior and awareness and knowing that that's just not normal I pegged them as cops.... Which whatever no big deal I went inside and the I don't know if she's the main manager but this lady gave me a look like I've never been looked at like that so I just proceeded to the back area where my stuff is at and halfway back there's a announcement some code if you will and I'm like wow okay it was directed about me continued on because I mean yeah go ahead watch me I don't really care so I'm looking at some things and all of a sudden I look up and there's a guy standing 4 ft away from me with completely mismatched things as if he's going to do a craft project but it's like those things don't work together and I'm like all right so they have a cop following me around... Proceeded to the next area looking around and here he comes standing you know pretending to look at stuff so I just got what I needed went up to the front and of course here he comes somehow only ends up with like one little thing checks out and proceeds start to start looking at some random stuff at the very front of the store while I'm getting checked out and as I'm leaving the store the very same lady I know she's a high-end manager gives me that same look and so I walk out and he walks out and I go to my vehicle and as I'm walking up to my vehicle I noticed there's now three other just random SUVs parked scattered and I'm just thinking to myself I feel like going back into the store going directly to that lady in saying the looks you just gave me and profiling me For some reason maybe because I'm half Mexican or I have no, as if you know something you think are warranted and have me followed around I have my bank statements right here on my phone we can go ahead and pull up every single one of them from the store for the past year I've spent thousands of dollars in this store and to be treated like I'm some kind of risk factor like I'm there to steal or something I'll bring all that shit back and I'll take my money because when I say I spent thousands I was in there countless times, I mean I'm building a brand.... Haven't been back since go to the other stores around it the other hobby lobby on Juan Tabo and copper super nice I walk in I'm greeted but pretty disappointing you spend that kind of money at a place and the manager is so unaware And processing that oh of course I've seen this guy hundreds of times.. maybe I should take 5 seconds out of my day and politely see what he's about... It's very simple in a professional manner just come and introduce yourself say I see you in here all the time you know do you own an art studio are you an artist or get to know the people that are soending a lot of money in your store... we've never had any problem with him... He comes in all the time to me I would want to know that person that way when you know they don't get any special attention but when they come into my store I can say hey Bill hey Mike hey Samantha welcome back it's just basic customer servicenot give me the death stare and then proceeds to have me followed around.... she can go to hell and I'll never be back there and I'll take my money elsewhere... I know it happens but there's a big difference between somebody who literally spends a ton of money in there and somebody who straight pops up pops out every once in awhile.... These corporations paying for cops When they should be down down cleaning up parts of Central, hundreds of people smoking fentanyl in the open.... Sleep standing In the Middle Lane on Central....

This location makes me the least depressed. Some locations of this store are so depressing I cry in it but this one is decently calm.

I've always loved this place. I like their displays of holiday props. Low prices. Cleanliness. Helpful staff and a great place to escape in all kinds of ideas..

There is just about any craft or decor needed in one store. I could spend days here. Its best tho to ask the cashier to wait to start cashing you out until your cart is empty. I have been overcharged a couple of times because everything is manually input. Other than that its a great experience.
