  I loved it, except to find someone to help was a challenge, another customer helped us find our needs... But they had the "numbers and letters" for office hours and Dr names at a local clinic.. I need to take pics more often .. lol.. be blessed!!

  The manager, a short woman with long black hair, was wildly unhelpful. The PLA Filament is stored in the front where you can't look at it or access it. You have to go to the back where they have empty boxes if you want to see what they claim to have. I made a selection of 3 colors and brought them to the front. They didn't have one of the colors, which was fine. But rather than apologize and ask if I'd prefer another color (I had one in mind), she simply left and left her cashier to deal with the problem. Which the cashier was not equipped to do.

  The fleece they sell isn't as nice as Joann Fabric had. So I not buying much of it

  This only applies to the custom frames department at Hobby Lobby. Other than this, I’ve never had a bad experience at any Hobby Lobby location. I picked up an $80 custom frame today, and although I admit I should have checked at the moment (I didn’t think I needed to inspect it since I’ve never had an issue here), I was shocked to find out that there were numerous chipped sections on the wooden frame when I got home. I expected much better quality for $80, and I am disappointed that there is no quality control in the custom frames department. However, the customer service was great. Alyssa, who helped me design my frame, was extremely sweet!
