The door to the unit he wanted to put me in was sticking and hard to open when he opened it and immediately recognized it becoming an issue so he put me in a different unit, which is MOST appreciated. đź‘Ź he was very knowledgeable, helpful and straightforward to the agreement. Im very happy that I came here for my unit. The prices are reasonable, the units are well maintained and clean. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

- SCSelia CervantesApr 27, 20265.0I called and by phone signed an agreement to rent a storage. When I got to the storage place, I spoke with Kiel. I explained to him that I was not sure If I rented the right size of storage area. He offered to show me all three units so that I can make the decision I was best comfortable with. After I decided on one, he took me back to the office so that we could transfer to the other unit by resigning the lease. After that was done, he took me back to the unit I had chosen to make sure the locks worked good and that I was ok in locking and unlocking my unit correctly. Kiel was extremely helpful, friendly and made this experience very easy. I will likely ask for him if ever I have questions or need guidance with my storage space.
