- SDSheri DobiasMay 1, 20265.0I am typically cautious about storage places, however, this facility in particular has been pleasant in a few ways. I was worried about the location being too far, however after the gentleman at the front desk looked at the other locations and provided me with prices and an overall sense of what I would be getting, I decided to stick with this location. It’s clean, 24 hour access, large units with convenient drive up access. I recommend this location if you are needing to store Bikes or vehicles due to the accessibility around the property being easy and well secured.
- ALAlyssa LodgeApr 30, 20261.0Customer service has gone down hill. I can't access my account online or over the phone my zipcode hasn't matched in the system since move in. An attempted break in the first week my stuff was there and had to argue with mgmt about it. LIKE I DIDNT CUT MY OWN LOCK!!! Now, I'm trying to do a move out and get a pro rated amount but can never get through to the site because the automated system does everything to block the customer from interacting with mgmt....I shouldn't have to drive to the site every time I need to ask a question. ESS wants to keep our tangible goods, but only be available virtually. It doesn't make sense. What's the point of a site manager, that you can't call, and basically do everything yourself online or with a bot on the phone. Just a sign they have too much money to waste....won't ever rent storage space from ESS again. The whole process has been a headache....from moving myself in online to trying to get out!!!! Ugh, sad to see companies change for the worse.
