Take your business elsewhere. Dylan is very rude and was the root cause of canceling our lease. We have been customers here for years and Dylan was being unreasonable and did not care to hear what we were saying. We literally moved to another Extra Space that had no issue at all with our vehicles being parked there and also didn’t understand why Dylan was behaving in such a way.

Dylan, the manager at the Yale location, was great!! Very welcoming and friendly! Took us to tour an inside, climate-controlled unit and suggested some pros and cons of other units we were considering. He also clearly explained all the fees associated with rental. We won't start our lease for a week, but the unit we rented was very clean and easy to access. Unit had a roll-up type garage door with a keyed lock. Our unit is inside on an upper floor, but cargo carts were readily available and the freight elevator was close by. The halls seemed wide enough to maneuver, especially with a wide door to the unit. I have never rented a storage unit before but Dylan made the process easy.
