I had a short stay at this location (less than a month) and the customer service was unmatched! One day I accidentally left my storage unit open and I got a call within 30 minutes to let me know. And most recently, I had a moving company meet my wife at the storage unit to move everything to my new home, and the front desk called me just to verify that I was aware of it, since I wasn’t on ground. I can’t find a negative thing to say about this location!

He went to the extra space on Palomas in Albuquerque New Mexico they were very helpful and very nice I had had problems with another storage place I called them up a very nice gentleman named John took my call we were in extra space in one day I just want to thank the girls that work in Albuquerque New Mexico on Palomas Street Northeast thank you for making us such a great experience for us

I’ve honestly had a great experience with Extra Space Storage from a service standpoint. The facility is always clean, secure, and professionally maintained, and the staff has consistently been friendly and helpful.
That said, the pricing has become extremely difficult to justify. My rate has gone from $245/month to $365/month in just 14 months, which is nearly a 50% increase. At that point, loyalty becomes hard to maintain.
After shopping around locally, I found the U-Haul on San Mateo is literally about $125 less per month for a comparable unit, and RightSpace on Pan American is roughly $100 less for a 10x30 unit.
I hate to move because the experience itself has been very good, but the pricing has simply become unreasonable.
