  My experience with Devinne Scott the Sales woman I dealt with was beyond exceptional. I had experienced a personal crises leading me to purchase a bed in a rush. She was patient and kind, explained the differences in the various mattresses and bases. She made calls to find the mattress I wanted so I wouldn’t have to wait for it to be ordered in. She made sure I understood the differences in how various bases worked by having me try the operations myself. She scheduled the delivery the same week I bought the set. I could not have been more pleased or grateful due to unusual personal pressure I was feeling when I arrived. The service continued with delivery as she said it would. The young men who delivered the bed were extremely polite and courteous, had the bed up and functioning in what felt like minutes. They mounted the head board, cleaned any debris. This whole experience was so far and beyond many current standards for customer service that I cannot rate them highly enough.

  We have had a Tempur Pedic bed for over 15 years and recently spoke to Andrew about getting a new mattress. He made the whole process very easy. We got a good deal with the Labor Day sale.

  My husband and I were there yesterday as I hate my current bed. We meet Devinne Scott she showed us several options and with her help we picked the best bed for us without any pressure, delivery will be tomorrow so hopefully we will be content with our chose.   Hi came into your store last night and was greeted by Devinne, What a great sales person she is.Took her time and showed and demonstrated the features of the bed we were interested in and bingo she had a sale and we had bed. Delivery today removed of old bed just super experience.Thanks Devinne. Hope you have many successful sales.

  We had a few small problems. They arrived an hour and half early and I had my son in the Hoya, my son is good guy and just throw a sheet over me and let them bring it in. That worked well. Then as they were leaving they said by the way my son cannot get in the bed for six hours. I looked on line and it said not to sleep on for 24-48 hours. I have bought six mattresses for Denver Mattress, so I like them. But next time I will try over stores. My Sales person (Andrew Montoya) worked with me to get the best mattress for my needs. Latter, he corrected the information I got from the delivery people. I am fully satisfied with Denver Mattress.
