  I've lived in this house for nearly 7 years and never used either my gas fireplace or wood stove and rarely use the old gas dryer that came with the house as I like hanging laundry outside in the sunshine. But it seemed time to do all these check-ups and cleanings, so I called CBS. I am so very glad I did! Ben and Clayton were so good. They taught me so much about these three potentially dangerous fixtures of my house, and some of it was extremely important! They did their work efficiently, knowledgeably and cleanly. They explained everything in a very understandable, useful and congenial manner. I will feel totally secure this next winter when I light a fire in my newly cleaned and repaired fireplace.

  Ben came to my home to clean/inspect an extremely dirty pellot stove. He was so thorough and did an amazing job! He went threw all components and explained everything. He made sure it was running correctly and that no carbon monoxide was present. He's also super nice!! I highly recommend CBS. We are very pleased with there install and service. They sell stoves too. The receptionist was also very nice and helpful. Thank you!!

  Ben and Clayton were the best! Very professional and took the time to help me understand the process for replacing my stove chimney. Camille and Nicole were the perfect "face" of the office. I was notified at all times of the progress of my repair. I would highly recommend this company for your chimney needs!!

  We used CBS before to clean our chimney ,so they were the first person I call . I explained that I wanted to convert our wood burning fireplace to gas log fireplace. The gentlemen came out cleaned my chimney and inspected it. He told me that he would send me an estimate never received it. Called the girl gave me the run around and kept putting me on hold and said she needed to talk to her supervisor and she would send me the estimate never received it. Very disappointed in the service I got.

  Sam is very knowledgeable, straightforward, and a pleasant guy! Happy to support this family business. Unfortunately our fireplace/chimney is unsafe to use - but Sam’s service and explanation helped us understand why. Highly recommend CBS!
