She was even so rude to her employees. HR should hire professional people and not people with a rude attitude. I initially went for couches but there was a roach or bed bug crawling on the chair so I decided not to. They didn't seem concerned. Okay so we ended up getting a TV and a TV stand. They came for delivery, which was at 8pm at night. He didn't connect anything just dropped off and left, not to mention my bf has to help carry the stuff inside. When my bf went to connect the TV stand the cords were completely broken and the bottom of the TV stand was coming apart, we were lied to saying both were new which were not. Called the next day at 10am right as they opened said they would deliver the stuff that day, 6:45pm came around still nothing so we called the store and again they had no record of another delivery. The man said he would get it done the following day, hesitating but we said okay. We ended up cancelling the TV stand and decided to just get the TV. When it got delivered Fedlina, who is apparently the manager, wanted us to sign the delivery receipt which still had the TV stand we were not getting. So we refused to sign it. The delivery guy called her she said oh well we will had to deliver another day. After hearing this we said just forget everything and she rudely said "ok that's fine" if u want to save urself the headache DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I just got off the phone with her after a 10 day period where no one showed up to replace my T. V. Temporarily, and to take the old one in to have it fixed.. When I talk to the manager this morning, she said somebody came by and knocked and nobody answered.And that's why there has been nothing done about it. I told her, I don't believe that because one this is a fourplex, and I'm partially disabled and never leave and no 1 came to my door that day.But they also say they call and have always called prior to showing up at the house , and nobody did that day. She\nSaid she did not know that this house was a fourplex , and the guy's just knocked on the neighbor's door who wasn't home. Every door at this complex has a number 1, 2, 3 or 4. Also, there is a sign in the front when you first walk up the walkway that apartment number 3 mine is in the back, but she said they didn't know that. Every other time somebody came to my apartment , they always came to the right door so supposedly this time they didn't , and or could not read a sixteen by twelve sign. Also, the proper thing to do as a good manager would have been to call and say.Hey, sorry, we missed you.Can we reschedule?But know , this incompetent manager didn't even think of that. Nor was she apologetic in any way , when I talked to her about the missed appointment. In my opinion , this person does not deserve a management position. She might be able to manage a group of gerbils , but that's about it in my opinion.

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.

Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund.
