  Everything that went on in the store was wonderful. From the customer service lady to the assistant manager, who helped me with my sale. Then my delivery came, that's when everything went excuse. My language to shit. They didn't, and wouldn't put my daughter's bedroom. In the locations. They were asked to put all the furniture it was basically just left in disarray the mirror was never put on the bed was put together facing the opposite direction that they were supposed to put it. The living room, they had the large sofa. I don't know 4 feet off the wall. You know, the sofa has the electric recliners. It should be about 4 inches off the wall. They put the love seat almost like they walked in the front door and just dropped it and left it. Just horrible, I think there was about 3 guys here and just just horrible, II would never if they worked for me, they'd be fired. Like, I said, the store stuff was fine. These people you have delivering for you get rid of them. You ask for my opinion, you got it. Thank you, Mr. Corson.

  Don’t waste your time here. Good luck getting your furniture delivered. I ordered a 3 piece couch set and was advised it would be delivered 5 days after the purchase. It was not delivered in the 5 days but two weeks after but with only 2 pieces and one section of the other couch but the rest of it was missing. I then called the store 6 SIX times before someone answered and they said they would drop the delivery fee. They went on to say the rest would be delivered the following Saturday. Which that Saturday comes around and still nothing. It has been almost a month and we still don’t have our complete set. I tried calling again and no answer. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, I get better customer service at McDonald’s. Please don’t waste your time here, this place is a joke, and I feel like I’m being robbed of my money and time!

  Im so glad that I found my sofa and loveseat here in Raymour & Flanigan. I was window shopping for the best sofas and also best quality. First I went to Bobs furniture I didnt like what they had there. Then the next day I went to Raymour and flanigan this place is so friendly and also my salesman Andres Ramos Ramos thank you for taking your time and explaining to me everything about the sofa and how to add the insurance protection. I will give 10 stars to this place

  Lugano microfiber couch and loveseat are TRASH!! Three PLASTIC handles have broken within THREE YEARS!!! GARBAGE!! Intentionally changed from metal handles to purposely BREAK!! Response to Raymour &Flanugan: I reached out to the store I purchased from and their only solution was for me to pay for service and parts! I also reached out through Messenger and was asked for information on my order to only be GHOSTED!! TYPICAL! PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER

  Great experience!!! Could not have been more seamless and fast. Rich was the sales manager who assisted me. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. I just purchased my first home and needed all new furniture. I have been very stressed about picking out furniture, finding the right fit and style as well as price. Not to mention getting a delivery date sooner than 8-13 weeks out! I walked in and was out in on hour with everything I needed with a delivery date of less than a week from time of purchase (could have gotten it sooner if I wanted it, too). Overall, great experience with Rich and Raymour & Flannigan has a vast selection of quality furniture.
