  John Gallagher is a great store manager! We had an issue with a manufacturer's defect in the furniture we bought there and he was phenomenal. Customer service wasn't helpful but John quickly resolved the issue and told us we should have come to him first. Great people like this will keep us coming back to buy more furniture at this store! Thank you, John!

  Frank L. The general manager. What a kind man. Bought a living room set from there... had a problem with a mattress that I purchased a year ago the mattress was defective they exchanged it gave me a new one took money off the new one what a great experience Frank L you are the best thank you.

  Cathy was simply amazing at what she does. She does exactly what she needs, nothing more nothing less. She super sweet, she's not pushy, she gives you the perfect amount of space to allow you to think on your own, she give you all the attention that you need when you need it. I've personally never had someone who gave thus kind of balance in sale. I'd give her 10stars if I could.

  Our experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing from start to finish. An aftermarket delivery company delivered our furniture the first time, and not only did they damage it, but they left the damaged pieces in an unsafe condition. One of the damaged pieces actually fell on my mother, which was completely unacceptable. After reporting the damage, we were told we would receive the highest-quality replacement furniture. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived damaged as well. By that point, we had already been without furniture for weeks, and we were told to keep one of the damaged sets because there were no other options available. Now the company is refusing to issue a refund for the damaged furniture. To make matters worse, they were charging our credit cards random amounts without clear explanations, creating even more frustration. Trying to get this resolved through corporate has been a nightmare. We were repeatedly transferred from one department to another, with each representative saying they couldn't handle the issue or directing us elsewhere. No one took responsibility or provided a reasonable solution. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend purchasing furniture from this company. The poor quality, lack of accountability, and terrible customer service have made this one of the worst customer experiences we've ever had. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They do not stand behind the products they sell, and they certainly do not stand behind their customers. When something goes wrong, you're left to fight for a resolution while being passed from one representative to another with no one willing to take responsibility. Their customer service has been absolutely terrible from start the start, and they have shown no interest in making things right. After everything we've experienced—damaged furniture, a safety incident involving my mother, damaged replacements, refusal to provide a refund, and unexplained charges on our credit cards—I have completely lost confidence in this company. If you're considering buying furniture here, I strongly encourage you to shop elsewhere. A company should stand behind its products and treat its customers with respect, and based on our experience, this company does neither.
