Rich was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was professional, friendly, and made the entire process of replacing my key quick and stress-free. He arrived prepared, explained everything clearly, and had the job done efficiently. I really appreciated how responsive and reliable he was, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Rich to anyone who needs a locksmith and will absolutely call him again if I ever need help in the future. Thank you, Rich, for the great service!

I’m a realtor and have been using McIntyre for many years. They are easy to make an appointment and their work is excellent and always on schedule. Particularly Jeremy is the one who has helped my clients many times - doing rekey, replace locks etc. He is very professional, courteous and efficient. McIntyre is my go to place every time when it comes to locks.

Rich provided top notch service. He’s gentleman and provided us very useful information when we were looking for a snowblower.
