  I was pleased with the atmosphere of the store, and helped greatly by the salesman. He passed a more expensive option, and showed me something that was cheaper, yet more suited to my needs. I will definitely return when I need more furniture.

  As soon as I walked in the sales associate welcomed me in the store. He assisted me in what I was looking for. I showed him examples of what I screenshot on my phone and he then showed me alternatives. He was a warm delight to chat with. Thank you very much. Mr. Basil.

  My husband and I chose to visit the Raymour & Flanigan Outlet Store to look at new mattresses since they had the largest selection and best prices in the area. Elizabeth was our remarkable salesperson who had many years of excellent experience and quickly helped us find the perfect mattress to suit both of our needs which was handcreafted in the USA, superior to all others, plush while having a firm base of coils and affordable since it was last year's model. The pillows were half price and the second one was free! We had been dreading this purchase for years as we are both perfectionists and critical customers, but Elizabeth made this purchase take little time with all our questions expertly answered and a free delivery scheduled within a week! The total cost was lees than half the original price and we could not be happier customers buying our new "Aireloom" luxury mattress with her help! Being able to test and compare so many models was also key for us making an imporatant choice with such sales help. Gail Baumbach
