  Extremely disappointed with my experience with Raymour & Flanigan. Wish I could give you 0 stars. I spent close to $2,500, including a 3-year protection plan, on two 3-seater sofas only about three years ago. They are already noticeably slouching and losing support on the far sides. For furniture at this price point, I expected them to last much longer. What makes this even more frustrating is that their technician came to my home, inspected and documented the issue, but the office later dismissed it as “normal wear and tear.” Apparently, slouching sofas after just three years are considered normal? Then I was told they could replace the sofas—but only if I paid a $250 delivery fee for delivery from Princeton to Monroe Township. This charge was never clearly communicated to me when I purchased the furniture and protection plan. Expecting customers to dig through pages of fine print to discover major out-of-pocket costs like this is simply unfair. I feel completely let down by both the quality of the furniture and the way this claim has been handled. I will never buy from Raymour & Flanigan again, and I certainly cannot recommend them to anyone. If you are spending thousands of dollars on furniture, think carefully about what the warranty or protection plan actually covers—and what unexpected fees you may still be forced to pay.

  This Raymour & Flanigan outlet location offers fantastic deals on high quality furniture and amazing service. The sales associate who helped us, Liz Jeppsson, made the whole shopping experience a joy, and I will be sure to return to this location for any future furniture needs.

  Eva was amazing from when we first walked into the door! She was patient, kind, took the time to listen to our vision for our new home, and very knowledgeable. She brought so much joy and fun with our visits! She made sure we got the best deal and informed us of all the sales and discounts! Her spirit is like a warm hug when you first enter the store! I highly recommend this store and give them a 10!
