No pictures were provided of the areas serviced, may have been too dark. He was supposed to show up between 8-4, not 8:15 PM. Service has been slacking recently. Not good.

Ryann was very knowledgeable, I explained the problem I was having and she devised a strategy and implemented it with a mixture of spray and granules and explained in detail what the goal was. Even expressed that this is the first service and if it were to stir up more than help I could call them and the would be glad to come spray a second time free of charge.
