- NHNelly HuppertApr 22, 20265.0Why I switched companies.Had a small issue with alarm on a business account, unfortunately previous alarm company was rolled up into larger company and my account was delegated to Ridgewood, when I requested a service call, sent to newly acquired Wall office. Took almost 2 hours to arrange service call. Each call was handled with a voice prompt system or several calls to reach right person. Was using Atlantic for home alarm, and loved the personal service. #1 a person answers the phone! Switched business account to them in less time than it took to get a service call. Bottom line local company providing personal service.
