  I recently purchased a new home that had a security system installed and in place with another security company. I was referred over to Atlantic Security and am so incredibly grateful for this. John came out to my house the next day and looked over not just the system, but my entire property and throughout my house. We discussed in detail my concerns and what I wanted out of a system. He guided me with how to get it released from the old company and once I had that done, he and Joe ("the tech guy!") connected my system to Atlantic. They were here for a couple of hours and were absolutely meticulous, while going over everything I needed to know. I do believe they have gone above and beyond, especially with answering my list of questions. John has also made himself available at all times via text or call to answer questions, add services and anything else that I need. I feel incredibly safe, especially after having set off the alarm at least 5 times accidentally and the company does not skip a beat. I cannot recommend them enough and I implicitly trust John, Joe and the entire company.

  We had a major glitch in our security system that the previous owners of our home installed and not operated by us - not knowing where to turn, we called Atlantic Security since they were locally recommended. They walked us through everything with such patience and helped us so much. This is a company that didn’t have to give us any of their time but kindly did. Speaks volumes about their company and customer service. We know who we will call / recommend any time we need to hire or reinstall a security system in the future!

  Why I switched companies.Had a small issue with alarm on a business account, unfortunately previous alarm company was rolled up into larger company and my account was delegated to Ridgewood, when I requested a service call, sent to newly acquired Wall office. Took almost 2 hours to arrange service call. Each call was handled with a voice prompt system or several calls to reach right person. Was using Atlantic for home alarm, and loved the personal service. #1 a person answers the phone! Switched business account to them in less time than it took to get a service call. Bottom line local company providing personal service.

  Highly recommend John and the staff at Atlantic Security! They did our install, was easy to work with everyone in scheduling and installed quickly for peace of mind security. Thank you all! Five stars!
