Chuck and his entire crew were knowledgeable and accommodating, and made sure we got our boxes checked for our wish list. Our new stove is much nicer and the entire experience was smooth and painless! Supporting a local family owned appliance business is a big bonus and Anchor did not disappoint!

I waited a time for my bisque refrigerator but I didn’t want the run of the mill stainless steel… none of my kitchen appliances are stainless steel… Anchor Staff goes far and beyond other appliance companies… to them you are just a number ! Thank you Eric for your help with everything & all the extra orders… with that said, I believe we will be in soon for a bisque microwave 😘

- JMJoseph MarinoJul 3, 20261.0I first want to say their prices are good. Their products and service are terrible. I purchased 4 appliances 7 weeks ago and 3 of them were defective. They are still defective, you call, leave a message and sometimes don’t get a call. They tried to fix the refrigerator 3 times and now tell me I need a new door on a new refrigerator. I’ve been waiting 7 weeks for a new door for the microwave. The gas stove leaks gas, the 1st repair man said, it isn’t gas it’s carbon monoxide we smell. (Carbon monoxide is odorless) The next repairman told us it needed parts. We spoke to owner he offered no apology and never contacted his repairman in reference to the carbon monoxide. And if he did he didn’t get back to us.
