  I first want to say their prices are good. Their products and service are terrible. I purchased 4 appliances 7 weeks ago and 3 of them were defective. They are still defective, you call, leave a message and sometimes don’t get a call. They tried to fix the refrigerator 3 times and now tell me I need a new door on a new refrigerator. I’ve been waiting 7 weeks for a new door for the microwave. The gas stove leaks gas, the 1st repair man said, it isn’t gas it’s carbon monoxide we smell. (Carbon monoxide is odorless) The next repairman told us it needed parts. We spoke to owner he offered no apology and never contacted his repairman in reference to the carbon monoxide. And if he did he didn’t get back to us.

  After experiencing significant issues with a refrigerator we purchased, through no fault of Anchor Appliance, we were accommodated to the fullest extent possible. Eric in Sales, as well as Amy and Veronica in Service, remained in contact to ensure the problem with our refrigerator was addressed immediately. Ultimately, we were credited by the manufacturer and purchased a different brand of refrigerator from Eric. The entire staff, including the delivery and service teams, managed to turn a highly inconvenient series of issues into a pleasant experience. This is a reflection of strong ownership and supervision, and it is evident that the entire staff cares about their customers. Support local business!

  Freezer slow died a week before Easter. Anchor installed a new fridge by Thurs after Easter, and the entire Sales team was great. The Installers, top notch as well. In and out, all hooked up. We have auto ice again after 10 years. Thank you for the grill as well!

  This place has gone downhill since they started outsourcing their service issues. I bought a dishwasher there, paid just under $1000. The dishwasher came with a dent in it, the installer told me the service department would contact me to schedule a repair for the replacement of the dented panel. I received a text message for a repair a few days later - I was never asked or given a choice on the date & time. Delivery was scheduled between 8 am and noon. They never showed up. I contacted Anchor about 11:30 for confirmation and then again at 12:15 notifying Anchor of the no show. I spoke to someone who could not give me a response. At 3:15 a young driving a small hatchback with blacked out windows showed up at my house. He was not from Anchor and not from the repair company that Anchor indicated. He was from a third party company. I asked him to wait until I called Anchor to verify him, he then jumped in his car and drove away before Anchor answered the phone. I spoke with Victoria who yelled at me and said it was my fault because I should have just refused the dishwasher. I am now looking at taking a third day off of work or living with a dented dishwasher. After talking to co workers and friends, I’ve realized other people have had similar problems to me. Trust me .. it’s not worth the aggravation to shop here

  Brad and Mike just delivered and installed a new washing machine. They were so nice and professional. They even to had to remove the laundry room door. They also fixed a small issue with my front door!
