  Came in the wrong color leather. Sales insisted the color swatch they gave me was only to show the leather, not the color. They said that color costs more and offered to remake the recliner and sofa in the proper color at full price, not offering the 35% discount that I originally had. They took off 10%, but it’s still too dark and not what I believed I was getting. It looks hideous against the wall paneling. Turns out the following day another 35% off sale was starting and it wasn’t offered or mentioned. Why would I want a swatch of leather that wasn’t the color I expected to get? Never again.

  Purchased a nice sleeper sofa from Lazy Boy…went with upgraded foam mattress. My guest said it was comfortable..nice look to the sofa. Delivery people were exceptional in getting the heavy sofa into my basement.

  Our experience with Linda, the salesperson at La-Z-Boy Wayne was fantastic. She was extremely helpful. The reason I am giving a 4 star review is that I loathe being asked to submit these reviews and am only doing it because this was the 2nd review request. If a person ignores the 1st request, you should assume they don’t want to write the review.

  Our sales person, Elide,was very knowledgeable and patient while we made our decision. As a person with a disability looking for a lift up chair, she was very sensitive to my concerns. Delivery is Thursday and I am hopeful my new chair will be as comfortable as the one in the showroom in Wayne, NJ.

  We recently purchased a La-Z-Boy recliner from the Wayne store, and the experience was outstanding. Linda was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable about every detail of the recliners and took the time to answer all of our questions. Her guidance made it easy to compare options and choose the perfect chair for our home. Linda also gave excellent advice on fabric and color selections, helping us pick something that coordinates beautifully with our existing furniture and décor. Her attention to detail and genuine helpfulness made the whole process easy and stress-free. My husband is already counting down the days until his recliner arrives! Highly recommend working with Linda if you’re shopping for furniture. She truly made the experience great. Thank you Linda
