- BWBleu Wavs6 days ago5.0My experience at Extra Space Storage is what I call exceptional. Before reaching the storage, I was contacted by Dave. He introduced himself and the company to me. Introduced all the amenities and assistance the storage has, and offered to answer any questions I had about my future rental. Definitely not used to that type of attentiveness and willingness when working with or being provided a service from a company. Overall, I’d recommend Extra Space for its accommodations and their employees. The customer service is Exceptional.
