  It’s my first time coming here and it’s an “eh” for me on the people that works there. Not friendly and not welcoming at all. When you ask a question it feels like you’re bothering them.

  Saw a really beautiful piece of wall art in the clearance section. I brought it up to the register and was told it was full price. I had taken a photo to show my friend and ask if I should get it. I showed them this photo of where it was located and it said clearance right underneath. Marie said she would call the manager over. The manager was so short and unpleasant and would barely listen to what I had to say and walked away. I asked Marie for the managers name so I could file a complaint and she refused to tell me and told me I would have to go ask her myself. Not only am I going to call corporate and file a complaint for the rudeness of their staff and leadership and disorganization of their store, but I am going to go return my entire purchase to another location so I do not have to deal with the staff at this location and buy what I need elsewhere.

  My all time favorite place to go. Bought a food processor but had to return it coz it wasn't powering up!

  This was my first visit to the Willowbrook location, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. The store is very large, and I spent about 10–15 minutes walking around trying to find assistance, but there wasn't a single employee in sight. When a staff member, who appeared to be a manager, finally assisted me, he was neither friendly nor welcoming. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse at checkout. I asked the cashier a question because I couldn't hear what she had said, and instead of responding courteously, she paused for several seconds and let out an audible sigh before answering. Customer service makes a big difference, especially for first-time customers. I left feeling unwelcome and disappointed by the way I was treated. I hope my experience was not influenced by my race, because the interaction left me questioning whether I was treated differently. Regardless, no customer should leave feeling this way. I will not be returning to this location.

  At Home always has such great products, although some of their prices can be very high, their staff does try to accommodate. Representative Carla was great in helping me obtain the furniture I wanted, helped me load and carry them out, but the greatest thing she did was go out of her way to assist me in getting the products at a discounted price. Manager Shawn was also a great help. I will definitely return for more At Home decor and highly recommend this store.
