  Worst company and this particular location. No delivery at schedule date, delivery person nasty, calling customer service is worst .very rude. Never go to this store. No price matching. In general very bad experience In This watchung store

  I went in to buy a recliner for a relative. The sales team is very knowledgeable and helped me find what I needed. Ordering and delivery set up was easy. I have bought living room and bedroom furniture in the past and will shop again when I need sonething!

  I needed a mattress quickly and called around to all of the usual mattress shops as well as Raymour & Flanigan. Of all the mattress types and price points offered, only Lydia at R&F Watchung was competitive and fair. She was able to find me a great deal and immmediate availability for pickup and delivery. She made the purchase very easy and streamlined. Her communication was excellent. This was not the closest mattress shop to my home and initially wasn’t even on my list to try, but I’m so glad that I did. I saved hundreds on this mattress and the experience was very pleasant. R&F is now my go to! You should give them a try. You’ll be happy you did!
