  Chris was wonderful. Direct to the point. Helped us a lot with style and size. She was very professional. Randy the manger was also very kind and worked well with Chris. Happy to go there again.

  I recently purchased mattresses from Raymour and Flanigan in Voorhees, NJ. On the day of delivery, I realized there was an issue with my purchase that was completely my error. I immediately called the store and asked to speak with the store manager, Randy. After a brief discussion, and despite the fact it was my mistake, Randy offered to resolve the problem. He provided exceptional customer service and I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and consideration. Raymour and Flanigan is fortunate to have such a thoughtful and professional young man in a leadership position…I deeply appreciate his thoughtfulness.

  Visited the Raymour & Flanigan in Voorhees and had a wonderful experience working with both Diane and Diana. They were terrific in helping my husband and me redesign and decorate our family room. They guided us through the visual layout to optimize our space and helped us choose the ideal sofa and seating options to complement our new flooring and existing home decor. Both Diane and Diana were friendly, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. They walked us through delivery arrangements, warranty and care packages, and excellent pricing options—all of which made our final purchase decision seamless and easy. Highly recommend!
