  We had an excellent experience at Raymour & Flanigan! The customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. Everyone was very professional, patient, and welcoming. William Cummings was the gentleman who assisted us, and he was absolutely wonderful. My husband had many questions, and William was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and respectful. He took the time to explain everything and helped us feel confident in making our decision. The manager was also very kind and patient, and we truly felt welcomed and valued as customers. We never felt pressured throughout the process. We are very happy with our new sofa and especially grateful for the wonderful customer service we received. We highly recommend Raymour & Flanigan and will definitely shop with them again! ❤️

  Ernie was so helpful even before we walked into the store. He saw my mother-in-law with her walker, and opened the doors for us. Once inside, he offered a wheelchair to get through the store easier. We told him what we were looking for, and he led us right to the perfect mattress for her. He took the time to explain between different mattresses and even though I knew what bed frame we wanted, he explained the difference between them. He went over all of the features, and he even said I did good on picking out the right adjustable bed frame. Ernie went above and beyond. He had my mother-in-law try different pillows, looked from different angles, and made sure she was getting one that her neck was aligned with her body. Lastly, we want to say that Ernie was so patient, kind and caring. He wanted to make sure my mother-in-law was comfortable, and getting what she needs for some good night zzzz's for many years. Thank you so much Ernie. You are truly appreciated. When we're ready for our new mattress, you'll definitely be the one we'll come see.

  Great experience. My friend and I came to get a love seat for me and ended up getting sofa and loveseat for me and one set for her. Both salesmen were knowledgeable , no pressure sales and patience. An asset to R&F.
