  Delivery was very smooth. The delivery arrived well within the scheduled window, the crew was very nice, the furniture was in perfect condition and the whole process took about ten minutes. Great!!

  Bill Cummings at the Vineland store, he is fabulous!!!! My husband and myself do animal rescue, and we have a 6 year old son and a 16 year old daughter. We don’t spend big money on ourselves since we have greater responsibilities. But we went in on the fourth to just take a look and see if we could possibly get a new bed (last one was from Amazon for like $250) or a new couch (last one from Glassboro Thrift Village for about $125.) There was no pressure from Bill whatsoever, I was expecting to go in there and be pushed and persuaded. None of that from Bill. He was super friendly and personable, funny, and kind. He would give us space if we were discussing things. He showed us two mattresses to see what firmness we liked. We both realized we like very soft, so he showed us another soft that he thought we’d like. Boy was he right! We ended up leaving with two new sofas, a bedroom set (which he told us how we should package it so the discount would be greater,) two pillows and our new king mattress and adjustable frame! It was such a lovely experience, and I have to say that 85% of that is because of Bill Cummings! Thank you so much Bill for being such a great help and listening and steering us in the right direction, the right direction directly to our new mattress!

  The staff at your store in Vineland, especially Bill Cummings and Monique at the service desk, did a great job helping us through the purchase of our living room furniture. The delivery team also did an excellent job when our furniture arrived. Overall a very positive experience. Well done.

  Worst experience I have ever had with Raymour & Flanigan Furniture in Millville. I purchased furniture from them with a warranty, and in less than a year the loveseat developed a tear. When I reported the issue, they told me a technician would come inspect it. I waited almost three weeks before the technician finally arrived. He took pictures and examined the ripped loveseat, which appears to be caused by poor-quality fabric. A few days later, someone from Raymour & Flanigan called and informed me that the warranty would not cover the damage. What’s the point of selling a warranty if you refuse to cover obvious defects? This feels like a way of taking customers’ money without standing behind the quality of the products. Very disappointed with both the furniture quality and the customer service.
