I completed my rental online, but the follow-up call from the staff was outstanding. Kiara was very helpful and directed me to my storage unit, making the process quick and easy so I didn’t have to walk around searching for it. The building was clean, well-lit, and felt well-maintained. My only issue was the availability of carts, but overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this facility.
