I can't recommend Extra Space Storage enough. I had originally reserved a unit with another storage company that guaranteed I would have after-hours access. Unfortunately, when I arrived with my movers and my entire household packed into the truck, I couldn't get in at all. It could have turned into an absolute nightmare.
Thankfully, I came to Extra Space Storage, and Maria completely turned the situation around. She helped me find the right unit for all of my belongings, carefully explained the policies and promotions so there were no surprises or hidden fees, and even found ways to save me money.
