  Avoid this, and EVERY, Leslie's location!! I stopped by this Leslie's on Route 33 in Robbinsville to get my pool water tested, and it was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at a retail store. When I walked in, there were only two employees on the floor. One was in the middle of a heated argument with another customer over his account balance, while the other — a young man — was testing water for a different customer ahead of me. Once it was my turn, he took my sample and ran the test without saying a single word to me. No hello, no acknowledgment that I'd even walked in. When the results were ready, he handed me my printout and bottle back — still silent. No explanation of what the results meant, no help figuring out what chemicals I needed (and I needed several hundred dollars' worth). He spent the rest of the time staring at his phone while I wandered the store on my own trying to match products to the test sheet. When I finally asked where one item was, he didn't even look up — just pointed toward the back. The woman I assume was the manager then told me they hadn't carried that item all season, and didn't know if any other location had it. The same clerk, without looking away from his phone, suggested I just try Valley Pools down the road. So that's exactly what I did — and bought everything I needed there instead. I walked out without spending a dime at Leslie's, and I won't be back. Between the unprofessional behavior, the complete lack of customer service, and an employee who couldn't be bothered to put his phone down, it's no wonder these stores are emptying out one by one.

  Won’t be coming back here. Employee’s are zero help. Run a water test and just give you the paper with results. No explanation. Kid with longer hair has no idea what he is doing. Spinning around on the chair while I’m trying to ask questions. Told me to use Soda Ash, no where on treatment plan said to use that… walked out, and didn’t purchase anything.
