I had such a wonderful experience! Mark was absolutely amazing! He was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish. He really went out of his way to make everything easy for us and made the whole experience so pleasant. He is truly one of the best managers I’ve ever dealt with! The climate controlled units are very clean, dry, and odor free, and I am very happy to report that my couch, books, and other belongings are still in great condition after 12 months. The employees are also extremely helpful and friendly. My only source of annoyance was the pricing structure, which is not very transparent. They guarantee a favorable rate for 3 months but after that you have no idea how much you will end up paying. If you need long term storage (as I did since I was living abroad), it is difficult to budget (in my case this increase was an extra *$80 per month*). They also do not pro-rate your rent if you move out early, unless you tell them more than a month in advance. I wish I had known this earlier as I was never planning to use the unit for a full 30 days when I moved back to the US, and now have paid for an entire month despite only using it for two weeks.
