This storage place HAS CHANGED FOR THE WORSE! It's supposed to be a CLIMATE CONTROLLED facility and IS NOT. IS FREAKING HOT IN THERE, WE ALMOST HAVE SUFFOCATED BECAUSE THERE'S NO AIR BLOWING AND IS EXTREMELY HOT. WE HAD TO RUSH AND LEAVE THE FACILITY!! WE COULDN'T DO WHAT WE PLANNED TO GET FROM THERE. THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!
THEY DON'T HAVE THE AC UNITS ON UNLESS THE TEMP GOES OVER 87!!... WHAT??? AND AS FOR THE HEAT, IT WILL GO ON IF IT GOES BELOW 40 DEGREES!! THAT'S IRRESPONSIBLE, INHUMANE AND THE BBB WILL BE INVOLVED. WHY ARE WE ALL PAYING SO MUCH MONEY IF THEY TREAT US LIKE THIS! THEY RAISE THE FEES EVERY 4-6 MONTHS AND THEY DON'T TAKE CARE OF THE PLACE. THE CARTS ARE NEVER AVAILABLE, THEY'RE LEFT ON DIFFERENT FLOORS THAT WE HAVE TO RETRIEVE THEM IF WE NEED TO USE THEM. THE BATHROOM IS DIRTY, IT STINKS, THERE'S NO HOT WATER TO WASH YOUR HANDS WITH AND IS ALWAYS LOCKED!! WE NOW HAVE TO GET A KEY FROM THE OFFICE IF WE NEED TO USE IT. MIGHT AS WELL TAKE OUR BUSINESS TO A STORAGE FACILITY THAT IS NOT CLIMATE CONTROLLED WHICH IS DEFINITELY CHEAPER AND WILL DEAL WITH THE SAME OUTSIDE TEMPS! WE'RE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED WITH THESE CHANGES FROM CORPORATE!!

Management is great - However, the elevator has been out of service for weeks. It's time to get it fixed. Very inconvenient and a long walk to our unit. Might have to move if it's not repaired.

I have a unit I got probably eight months ago and I’ve had 3 rate hikes so far each time about $50. I started out about $600 per month which was reasonable for a drive up unit now we’re up to $748 in eight months.

The young lady who assisted me at check in was extremely courteous helpful and willing to walk me through the whole experience. The on line experience was not as straightforward as it could have been. Not user friendly.
