  Worst customer service ever what was supposed to be an installation After waiting weeks for it, two out of the four windows can only be installed. Because one piece was missing a piece for the chain, and the other the chain broke didn’t get back to me when I called the store. I had to chase the seller down to speak with them and won’t even give me a discount or a partial refund now I have to wait two extra weeks for them to see what they can do and management won’t be in the store until Wednesday so there’s nobody to talk to until three days if I knew this was gonna be an issue or never went to blinds to go

  Heidi at the Totowa location is an outstanding design consultant. She worked with me on selecting shades and drapery for my new home. I am so pleased with the design and quality of my choices. Heidi’s help, expertise, and all the time she took with me is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend her! I am also very pleased with the installation. The team of two led by Andy were professional, quick, very neat and did an excellent job.

  from ordering with the Totowa NJ location to the measurements and installation team i have no complaints! everyone i dealt with was wonderful!! Shari is the best!! she was super helpful and Alfred ( measurements and installation) was incredible! and my house looks beautiful and complete now that we have blinds
