Terrible costumer service. My mom ordered mulch YESTERDAY morning. We waited all day called three times. 9pm came when we called them last after three times. Today comes around my mom calls a couple more times until she had to go over there. Super unprofessional especially Mikayla who my mom saw mocking her and other customers. My mom had to even fight to get a refund back. They also say they have “no control over third party apps” but they also promised to call them and they admitted they never did. They did not handle anything professionally. Can say we are never ordering anything anymore over here.

This store has gone downhill. I haven’t been to this Lowes in quite a while, but the last few times I’ve gone I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Great place to visit if you enjoy feeling drained and frustrated by the time you leave. It’s like an extension of high school in there with the employees nowadays. There’s always a bunch of them just standing around with mean mugs trying to look tough or cool or whatever they’re trying to do instead of working. Sometimes they’re in groups talking, sometimes they stand in the middle of the aisles watching and hearing you coming with a full cart, but won’t move. No smiles, no Hellos, no May I Help You’s. Because that’s how it used to be there in the past. There were once nice, helpful employees in this place at one time. Meanwhile, almost every box in every aisle is out of order. I spent 20 minutes the other day slamming and sliding boxes around looking for a fitting that wasn’t in the right place and no one offered me any help. They walked by to watch what I was doing, but no one had the courage to walk up and help me though. I shouldn’t have to ask for help either if they’re going to stand there watching me go crazy looking for something. However, they will watch and follow you around if they believe you’re “stealing” though. I recently had one employee literally stand right next to me to watch what I was doing when I was on my phone looking for a tool I needed on the Lowes website because I couldn’t find it in the aisle. Since he was standing there doing nothing other than making me feel uncomfortable, I asked if he knew where the tool might be and all he did was shrug his shoulders while dirty looking me. Wouldn’t leave til I chose a different tool because I gave up looking for the first one with this guy breathing down my neck the whole time. Should’ve left my whole cart there and walked out. I don’t need to be treated like that. What he did was completely uncalled for and I should’ve reported him for doing that. Some of the cashiers pick and choose who they want to help as well. They’ll watch you struggle to scan things, but again won’t offer any help. The last time I was there, the one girl stood there watching me take all these long items out of my cart to scan them. I had to be careful the whole time because there were people and kids all around and I didn’t want to bump into anyone accidentally. After I got done scanning everything, I noticed there was a portable scanner next to the machine. She couldn’t just take 2 seconds to tell me that was there or help me scan those things? Who really wants to shop at a store where they’re made to feel uncomfortable and unimportant time after time? I’ll make it my business to go to the orange store from now on.

DO NOT order kitchen cabinets from this store, specifically John Farrington. As others have stated the guy only cares about making a sale. He will rush though the design phase telling you how great he is at his job then when you have issues with the cabinets, wrong sizes, missing pieces, replacement parts it's deflection and zero accountability. I will be bringing all of my issues to the store manager but heed this warning and save yourself a headache.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
