Love this storage facility and the staff. Cecilia was beyond helpful from move in to move out. She was patient and helpful beyond my expectations, genuinely trying to help me and my best interest always. She was also very friendly and personable. Cecilia even went so far as to helping my husband and I push one of the flatbeds of our belongings up to our unit. Excellent customer service, always available to answer questions and troubleshoot with you to find a solution to any problem that may arise. Facility was always clean and I really loved the ease of pulling into the garage and going right up the elevator. This made things convenient even if it was raining. Great experience overall and was actually sad to move out. The ONLY negative was the amount of rent increase. After a year, it was just no longer manageable.
