I can't say enough good things about the treatment. In consideration and customer service that I received at your Stanhope. Facility from Cody, that young man was so helpful and so respectful, and I am an 81-year-old woman. I was cleaning out a storage unit. So I could end my turn there. My lease and I was the only person in the whole building and he checked on me. He made sure I had his phone number in case I had any problems. I felt comfortable and I felt so it felt important to the company like appreciated. Because I had been a customer there, and he was off the last day and there were some issues, and we had had a storm and the office was closed. And II really had a daunting task in front of me to get the last of the things downstairs and into my car, so I would be out before the next month began. And it wasn't his fault because it was his day off, but, you know, he called me the next morning and to apologize that I had had the issue. And he just, he couldn't have been, it's so kind. And I have been treated very well in all the years. I've been there under both companies, but I think this is the most warm and pleasant person.I've dealt with, don't let him go.You've got a real gem there, thank you so much

I love being an Extra Space Stanhope customer. The staff at this location is the biggest reason. They respond immediately to all inquiries and have always been really kind and helpful. I have rented here for over a year due to unforeseen circumstances and will probably need to for longer. The facility is always very clean and well maintained. I have recommended this location to my family members for when they may need it. I have nothing but positive reviews of my time here.
