  Tarriq khan was very nice and professional .Explained every detail of the furniture set and all the discounts offered. The new manager was nice and very friendly and professional. I bought a floor set and the services were excellent.

  We had a great experience at Raymour & Flanigan. Maria was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process of buying our new couches easy. Manager Ramon was also very helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. We're very happy with both the service and our purchase!

  What should have been a simple rug purchase turned into an unnecessarily frustrating experience due to a complete lack of communication and poor customer service. After purchasing my rug from the South Plainfield location, I received no phone call, no email, and no updates whatsoever to let me know my order had arrived. I was left calling around myself trying to track down information on an item I had already paid for, only to discover that the rug had been sitting there waiting for pickup. When I arrived at the Bridgewater pickup location, I was told I was too late because the pickup department had already closed. The gentleman behind the customer service desk was not helpful and offered no solution. Had it not been for Chris at the Bridgewater location overhearing the conversation and stepping in, I never would have received my rug. Chris was professional, courteous, and willing to help. He took ownership of the situation, found a solution, and provided the level of customer service that should have been offered from the start. He is the only reason this experience wasn’t a complete disaster. The entire situation could have been avoided with a simple phone call, email, or order update. Customers should not have to chase down information about purchases they’ve already paid for. Thank you, Chris, for going above and beyond. Unfortunately, one employee’s efforts do not make up for the overall experience. I do not recommend the Raymour & Flanigan in South Plainfield, and based on my experience, I do not recommend the customer service staff at the Bridgewater pickup location either. Do better.

  The phone number shared for delivery is not operated by anyone and noone picks up the call. The delivery service is not good would Not recommend. 06/23- There is no option to reply to this message so I am responding with date. The phone number shared in email for delivery had the issue. When i called the store they were able to help. Please close the thread Thanks

  Got the protection plan and when I finally had them come check out the furniture they sent me a voicemail saying I did not have the protection plan. After calling 10x over 3 days with no response to explain I did indeed have it, I am frustrated. What’s the point of having a phone number to call and voicemail if it will just be ignored? Terrible customer service and will avoid this location and company moving forward
