  Best experience in this wonderful store.Ramon Nazario the Store Manager welcomed with a smile ,took the initial details patiently and introduced Robert Fisher the Sales Lead who explained us very beautifully about the mattress features ,which one to buy, showed us 3 different ones ,made us sleep on it and feel the difference. Very good knowledge about the frame,cushion,remote access,mattress and good price.Suggested the best mattress like good recommendation. Patiently answered all the questions to us,went thoroughly the whole process and gave good time for all the lovely explanations and queries. Very clear and to the point and good at understanding, connecting with customers. Would love to visit again.😀 👍

  This was our 1st time here, we knew what we needed and had the best associate to help us. Brittany was amazing at helping us get what we wanted and got us a great deal, not pushy at all and very sweet. We will return in the future and hopefully have her helping us again. Great store.

  Kevin provided excellent customer service during our visit to Raymour & Flanigan. He was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we were happy with our choices. Kevin was professional and genuinely cared about helping us. I would definitely recommend working with Kevin if you visit Raymour & Flanigan.

  I wish I could give negative stars. DO NOT BUY A COUCH FROM RAYMOUR. The store in South Plainfield, NJ especially. I bought a couch that was comfortable in the store but when it was delivered, it was completely different than what was displayed. I understand a breaking in period but the salesperson told me that the one in the showroom had only been on the floor for 2 weeks & that’s what it’ll feel like when I get it. That was clearly a lie. The couch was causing us severe pain because of how hard it was & the cushions being deformed. I called customer service & was told they would come pick it up & refund my money, one of the employees in store told me the same thing over the phone but then the store refused to do that. They said no refunds or exchanges no matter what. After 3 weeks of fighting with them & telling them I’d take them to small claims court, they said I could exchange it but had to pay fees. I picked out a different couch & was assured what it felt like in the store is what I would get. Another lie. This one is even worse, it’s a brick. The delivery team called their supervisor & when I asked him if the displays are altered or already broken in before they put them on the floor, he said YES! That’s incredibly deceptive & can not be legal to scam customers like that. He said someone would call me about this… no phone call. I’m gonna be stuck with a couch that can’t be sat on & has to go in the garbage. This has been a nightmare. Save yourself the trouble & buy from a place that is honest & doesn’t falsely advertise.
