I specifically brought in a sample of the rocks I wanted, yet they delivered dirty rocks that were completely different in both size and appearance from what I had requested. When I tried to communicate with them afterward, they were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help, leaving me to work tirelessly to remove and repurpose the rocks in my garden — a constant reminder of how poorly some companies treat their customers.
