  Everyone in the store was very courteous. The associate who assisted my wife and I was Robert Millett, and he was MORE than patient as we must've tried sitting in every couch in the showroom! At the end of the day, we made the purchase at a great price, were able to schedule delivery on our schedule and couldn't be happier that we chose to visit this location today! They truly have new customers for life!

  I first purchased a “leather sofa set” in less than a year if was pealing and the arm rest had fallen apart. They made me wait to use my insurance when the damage was within the one year warranty. I had to go for reselection. I opted on getting bedroom set instead because I don’t trust their “leather” the bedroom set came in prices. First the bed and a night stand and a dresser. The send dresser came in damaged and that was an another issue in itself. The fourth piece hasn’t arrived I keep getting canceled. They keep calling me to schedule a delivery and the next day cancel. This has happened three times. It’s very frustrating

  This would be a Zero star review but I can't give one that low. Do not buy a Matress from them as they will find any little reason not to replace the bad Craftmanship. I bought a 2000 Sterns and foster Matress and after 3 years the Coils had dropped, The Matress comes with a Ten year Warranty. Because there was a small stain on the Matress they dont want to replace it. A small stain should not count towards the poor Craftmanship of the Matress coils, that's like says we won't fix your engine because your paint is chipped. Im returning a nightstand that i bought 5 days ago just because of their poor buisness practices and would return everything I bought from them if I could after I spend thousands there u cant stand by your product. Never again will I go near their stores again.

  Our experience at the store with Mohammad was great. He was helpful, professional, and made the in-store experience very pleasant. Unfortunately, the experience after placing the order has been extremely frustrating. We cancelled one TV console and replaced it with a different model, but the cancelled console was delivered to us anyway. We contacted both the store and customer service after the first incorrect delivery and clearly explained the situation. Despite that, the exact same cancelled console has now been delivered to us again, while the console we actually ordered is still out of stock. This is a huge, 102 lb package, so having the wrong item delivered repeatedly is far from a minor inconvenience. It creates a major problem for us and for our building concierge, who has to receive and handle such a large and heavy package. Mohammad was great, but the fulfillment and customer service process has been extremely disappointing. We should not have to repeatedly deal with a huge 100 lb item that was already cancelled and that we specifically called about after the first incorrect delivery. This should have been resolved the first time.

  I am writing to share my positive experience at your store. I initially came in just to browse, but I was approached by a salesman named Louis. He was extremely informative, helpful, and answered all of my questions about a sofa I was interested in. Although I left to look at other options, I was disappointed elsewhere and decided to return the same day to purchase the couch from Louis. I truly appreciate his excellent service.
