  Paid extra for white glove delivery because we were assured getting the couch into our apartment would be "no problem." On delivery day, we were told it wouldn't fit and that if we wanted the couch, we'd have to hire (and pay) a third-party company to disassemble it. To make matters worse, if we had refused delivery to consider our options, we were told we'd have to pay another delivery fee just to have it brought back—and only to the front door. We were essentially forced into accepting a couch we couldn't use. When we called customer service looking for a reasonable solution, we were told that because we had signed for the delivery, there was nothing they could do. It became pretty clear that the priority is making the sale, not taking care of the customer afterward. The delivery crew was professional and helpful, this review is not about them. It's about a company that takes no responsibility once they've been paid. Lesson learned. We won't be buying from them again.

  I had an outstanding shopping experience at Raymour and Flanigan thanks to Luis Gonzalez. From the moment I walked into the showroom, they were incredibly welcoming without being pushy. They took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for in my and patiently walked me through different fabrics and style options. Thanks to their expertise, I felt completely confident in my purchase.

  John was very patient and helpful. He asked us what we were in the market for and directed us to the correct direction. He allowed my wife and I to browse the couches and try them out until we came to the perfect one. He made us aware of the different discounts going on and methods of payments we could use to purchase our new couch. He made the check out process quick and efficient and we left more than satisfied with the experience! We will definitely be back when we come shopping for our new mattress in the near future!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you need furniture, go see Luis at Raymour & Flanigan in Secaucus! He was incredibly patient throughout the entire process and dealt with me being difficult at times without ever making me feel pressured. He took the time to understand not only what I wanted, but also tailored everything to my mom’s and brother’s needs, making sure everyone was comfortable and happy with the final choices. A special shoutout to Mo, the store manager, who was absolutely phenomenal. He is a truly classy gentleman who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience from start to finish. Customer service like this is hard to find. If you’re shopping for furniture, do yourself a favor and ask for Luis. You won’t be disappointed! Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
