    We had an excellent experience buying our sofa yesterday! The seller was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. They answered all our questions, helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and made everything easy and stress-free. The customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture and great service!

    I had a very disappointing experience at the Secaucus, NJ location. Over a month ago, we were promised a delivery date for our bedroom set, yet we still haven’t received it. Having just moved into a new home, this delay has left us without a proper bedroom for far too long, which has been extremely frustrating. What made matters worse was the lack of communication and accountability. We spent countless hours calling the store, only to be ignored or given misleading information. The salesperson, Christine, has been unresponsive and unwilling to assist, while the manager repeatedly made promises about new delivery dates that were never fulfilled. If you’re planning to shop here, don’t waste your time with these people.

    Awful experience with this store Even when you schedule in advance to work with someone, they’re dancing back and forth between customers trying to close deals and you’re left sitting around. I came in for what should have been a 30 minute transaction, and was there for over 2 hours. Not to mention their system was acting up so it took 30+ minutes for their customer care team in the back right to put my order together. This all stemmed from me trying to submit claim on my platinum warranty they boast about, but when it comes time to make claims you can’t get a hold of anyone. I ended up emailing their CEO who put me in touch with their lead operations and that’s the only way I got it done. Would not recommend.

    I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Within 1–2 months of purchasing, my account was double billed, and my monthly payments more than doubled without any clear explanation. I spent over three months going back and forth with multiple representatives, including a manager, and received different answers every time. There was no accountability or consistency, and I was ultimately told that I had to pay the increased amount and that nothing could be done. On top of that, I was repeatedly sent back and forth between the company and TD Bank, which made the situation even more confusing and stressful. Instead of resolving the issue, I was left to figure everything out on my own. I was essentially forced to pay the higher amount to avoid risking damage to my credit, which made the situation even more frustrating. This caused months of unnecessary stress, and the lack of proper support and clear communication was unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing based on my experience.

    I have had enough with Raymour! I’ve been given the run around for over 4 months now. It first started with my sales person “Daniel” who blatantly lied to me about some extra discounting after I get delivery( I fell for it ) What makes matters worse is when I spoke to the most rudest Customer Care rep I have ever encountered. She goes by the name of Jennifer. She doesn’t realize that over the phone she gave me a complete different name but when I went in person that same day, I see her name tag and it clearly says “Jennifer”. I clearly remembered the voice! I asked her about that and she acted as if she just clocked in and it was about 6:30 so I totally doubt that. What makes matters worse is that she had this dopey look to her, eyes real low and glossy as if she was on some type of substance. She was slow to respond and it seemed like she kept overthinking on what to do or even say. I can tell she was because she wouldn’t make any type of eye contact, whatsoever. I’m totally disgusted by the service and by the employees of this location. When I asked for her manager, her exact words were “Alba is not in at the moment and if she was, she doesn’t have the power to make anything happen”. All I needed was someone that’s not on cloud 9 to be able to speak to! Luckily on the way out, I spoke to a sales rep who got me connected to a 1-800 number that actually took care of my concern within a matter of 15 minutes! I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to my worst enemy!!
