  We needed to replace a power recliner for our living room. We found a wide range of choices. Our salesperson, Robert, was knowledgeable and patient as we went through the store with him, searching for the right chair for my husband. We found a lovely one that will be delivered in two days! Very pleased with the experience.

  Thank you Robert Millett for the Excellent customer service. We were able to order over the phone making my sofa purchase convenient and easy. Delivery was in 3 days. Delivery crew professional and worked well as a team. Will recommend to our friends and family. Easy hassle free transaction! Thank you Raymour and Flanigan. I now have my she room in the basement for my escape.

  Went to raemour and Flanagan furniture store in Secaucus yesterday, bought a picture that was hanging on the wall for $100. When I got home with it, my wife said it’s horrible. Take it back, next morning I called up explaining the situation and they said policy is no returns on furniture. I replied it’s not furniture is a picture. They said policy is on anything they do not take anything back. I said what about customer satisfaction they said policies are they do not take nothing back and has nothing to do with customer satisfaction. So now I have a picture and don’t know what to do with it. Make sure when you go to Raymour and Flanigan that you get what you really want because they will not help you after they get your money. I used to shop there a lot, never again. Now I will wait for a generic reply back from R&H, that will have no solution other then your up the creek without a paddle.
