During my visit, I noticed staff behavior that felt inappropriate and unprofessional for a business setting. It made me question how seriously customer service and boundaries are taken here. Additionally, I was discouraged from renting a unit and given reasons that didn’t feel fully transparent, which added to my concerns about how this location is managed. Overall, based on my experience, I would not recommend this location and suggest looking into other options.

Price, cleanliness but most importantly the hospitality I received walking into their business for the first time. Ariel Forbes was very helpful, with a smile on her face and inviting energy. You don't find that in cold storage facilities. Thought it be important to share that part.
- AMAnand MApr 25, 20261.0Worst experience, say no to unit 630 ! I booked 10x10 unit with wide open entrance and they assigned me narrow entrance unit number 630! Worst customer service! I drove all the way in the rain and the site supervisor mentioned that the system Auto assigns the units, he could not do anything about wrong assignment and tried upselling expensive unit! Bad bad experience! No empathy, no courtesy and instead tried to upsell even if Extraspace system is at fault!
