I recently had an issue with my unit, but Ariel came to my rescue! She helped me get into my unit, all the while making jokes and showing what a great attitude she had. The storage unit is just a storage unit; it’s staff like Ariel who make the place more than worth the cost.

I recently called with questions regarding payments on my unit, and the man assisting me was very curt and lacked professionalism throughout the conversation. After the call appeared to disconnect, I could still hear him speaking with a woman in the background about how my questions were “annoying,” which I found very inappropriate and disrespectful. Even saying I should just pay online. The prices are fair here but after 6 months forget it. However, the woman working at the front desk is often on her phone during interactions. When I asked a question about the cleanliness of the facility, I was essentially told that I should “look somewhere else” because the facility is outdoors and I should expect to see certain conditions. This made me feel dismissed and uncomfortable, and I believe the level of customer service provided was unacceptable.
