- PBPaulina BruszewskiAug 25, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. We brought my mom’s dress in only to be steamed and pressed for her son’s wedding. When we picked it up, there was a decent-sized oil stain that was not there when we dropped it off. When we brought it to their attention, instead of taking responsibility or offering to fix it, we were told to try washing it ourselves. That there wasn’t much they can do. This was a dress for a very special occasion, and we trusted them to return it in the same condition we gave it to them. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and customer service was extremely disappointing. We expected much better!!
- RWRockelle WilsonAug 23, 20265.0They are great!! I needed alterations on a dress 24 hours before a wedding and, not only was it perfect, they were super kind and accommodating. It was very bizarre circumstance and they delivered beyond belief. I think her name was Anna, either way every single person I spoke to was so kind. And I was very very late for that appointment but they still helped me. Thank you again for all your help!!
