  We couldnt be happier with the customer service and support from AnnaMarie. She was attentive, stayed late to help us and followed up with us to get us the perfect couch for our first home. The most pleasant furniture buying experience by far!

  10/10 Experience with Annamarie! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Annamarie. In full transparency, my home Raymour & Flanigan store is in Poughkeepsie, and I unfortunately had an issue with the original person who sold me my sectional. I called customer service hoping to get some help, and I’m incredibly thankful that I got Annamarie. From the moment we spoke, she immediately stepped in, listened to my concerns, and walked me through the entire process. I instantly felt reassured, heard, respected, and genuinely valued as a customer. She completely turned what had been a frustrating experience into such a positive one. What stood out most was how personable she was. It honestly felt like I had known Annamarie for years! She was kind, patient, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was taken care of. Annamarie is an absolute 10/10 — top notch and truly one of the best customer service professionals I have ever dealt with. Raymour & Flanigan is very lucky to have her.   We had a wonderful experience at the Raymour & Flanigan Furniture store in Rockaway, NJ. Ally Davaris provided exceptional customer service from the moment we walked in. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient as she helped us explore different furniture options and try several mattresses. She answered all of our questions, explained the differences between the mattresses, and made the entire shopping experience easy and enjoyable. We never felt rushed or pressured, and thanks to her guidance, we felt confident in our decision and ended up making a purchase. If you’re shopping for furniture or a mattress, I highly recommend asking for Ally Davaris. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we needed.   We were in the market for a new mattress and received a discount postcard from Raymour and Flanigan. Since there is a store here in Rockaway, we figured it couldn't hurt to take a look. We were greeted by sales rep Leo Katat. This was a spur of the moment visit at the end of a personally trying day. I tend to get a bit silly when I'm overtired but Leo certainly rose to the challenge of my nonsense. He listened to what we were looking for, was very understanding of my situation and led us through trying several different styles of mattress until we found the perfect one for both me and my husband. We needed to run home to take some measurements to decide what type of box spring or frame we might need and we made arrangements to return the following morning. When we arrived, he guided us through the purchase process and even made sure we had all the necessary paperwork for a rebate and even gave us a bonus free blue tooth speaker. I received our delivery time via text and they came exactly when expected. The delivery crew (Oscar and another team member) just left, having set everything up in record time and took away all the packaging and our old bedding. A truly five star experience all around at the Rockaway NJ R&F store!
