  This has been one of the best experiences we have had with a purchase and delivery service. Our sales lady Funda was exactly who we needed as we were buying the lift chair for a very stubborn old lady. We were directed to the chairs that were in stock and allowed to shop. We found exactly what we needed. We placed the order by phone the very next day. Incredibly, everything they promised came true - the chair was shipped the very next day and arrived within minutes of the scheduled delivery. The communication was stellar. The delivery men were true professionals. They kept in touch by phone and emails. They installed the heavy chair where we asked and showed us how to operate it and took the packaging away with them. The entire transaction was flawless. We will be back for more!

  The salesperson name was Leo. He was very patient, articulate and knowledgeable. He was overbearing and listened to my concerns about snagging textures and care of the furniture. My experience was great and the delivery was within 48 hours as promised.

  The sales professional "Leo" was extremely patient while we made our furniture selections for our family and living rooms. He was very knowledgeable with inventory and pricing. I would strongly recommend him and this store for a stress free experience.

  Horrible experience. I purchased furniture and later called to cancel the order. I was told the cancellation had been processed, so I proceeded to purchase another sleeper sofa elsewhere. To my surprise, I later received a call stating that my furniture delivery was scheduled. I immediately contacted the store again and reminded them that I had already canceled the order. At that point, I was informed that the item was considered a custom order and could not be canceled without paying a 20% fee. This was never disclosed to me when I initially placed the order or when I called to cancel. Had I been properly informed, I could have made an informed decision before purchasing another sofa. The lack of communication, inconsistent information, and poor customer service left me feeling misled and frustrated. I would not recommend this store location based on my experience. Customers deserve clear communication and accurate information, especially when it comes to significant purchases and cancellation policies.

  Our experience at Raymour & Flanigan was excellent. We were greeted at soon as we entered by Annamarie Bakovic. She was friendly and boy oh boy did she know her products. We were in desperate need of 2 new mattresses. Our current mattresses were over 13 years old and causing us back and neck pain from all their sagging. I had done some research on the types of mattresses we needed for our sleeping types and Annamarie led us through to the back of the store to the mattress section. What a selection they have! Huge! She confirmed that the plush mattress I had researched online was a good fit for me. I laid down on it to test it and was instantly in love. We also selected another firmer mattress. Then Annamarie helped us to find the most comfortable pillows ever made. I got one of those Purple Pillows. Like lying on air! We also took advantage of the guarantee program by purchasing the mattress protectors. That way we could qualify for an exchange if for some reason we weren’t completely satisfied with the new mattresses. So far we are beyond satisfied. We also got adjustable bases. The whole process didn’t take long at all. I think we were out of there within an hour. Annamarie was friendly, efficient and explained everything very clearly to us. The delivery was painless as well. We had our new mattresses the next day! We will be back in the future to replace our family room furniture. Very impressed with Raymour and Flanigan. Great, Great Experience!
