  I had the best experience with the Rockaway Raymour and Flanigan. I went in with an idea of what I wanted, but Annamaria helped me solidify my vision. She was so sweet and helpful without feeling pushy or overwhelming. She answered all questions, helped guide me to different pieces that fit my ideas, and was just overall a pleasure to work with. Can't wait for my new living room to arrive.

  I had such a great experience at Raymour & Flanigan in Rockaway, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Kenneth! He was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Kenneth spent SO much time with me, was incredibly patient, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. We looked at countless options, went back and forth, and probably spent way more time together than either of us expected 😂, but he was genuinely committed to helping me find exactly what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable, personable, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my decision. He made the entire experience enjoyable and, most importantly, made me feel like he actually cared about getting me the right furniture rather than just making a sale. And after all that time together… WE FINALLY MADE THE SALE! 😂🙌 Kenneth is the kind of salesperson you hope to find when making a big purchase. If you’re shopping at Raymour & Flanigan in Rockaway, NJ, definitely ask for Kenneth! He deserves all the recognition for the time, patience, and effort he puts into his customers.   Ally was excellent to work with. Incredibly supportive and patient in answering all of our questions and showing us all available options that fit our parameters. She was very cordial and friendly. We’re very satisfied with the item that we settled on eventually,. Raymour and Flanigan offers an extensive selection of furniture items to select from!

  Had a great experience with Annamarie online through the Rockaway Store. Paying the balance at my local Kingston Store was the opposite. The manager Kevin practically scolded me for doing business out of town and was peeved that I paid the balance in cash to which he had to run to the Petsmart next door to get change. I will buy a few pieces in the future but from Annamarie, not my local store...

  I called the Rockaway store to ask about a particular mattress I wanted to see and try. Funda answered the phone and advised me that while the exact model wasn't available in the store, they did have another version. I decided to view the other version and meet with Funda. She was very helpful and patient, and assisted me in ordering the mattress I wanted and graciously price-matched the sale that was offered at Helixsleep.Com. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I will seek her out again. Incidentally, this was my first visit to Raymore & Flanigan. I will definitely visit their showroom again.
