  We worked with Ally. She was extremely helpful and patient with us as we had come back a few times to look at the same chair to make sure it was what we were looking for as were are welcoming a new baby very soon. Overall the process was pretty smooth and we definitely enjoyed the process of working with Raymour and Flanigan.

  Ally was awesome! We came in trying to find a bedroom set for our home renovations and she was beyond helpful. Completely painless and they had an awesome selection of different styles. Ally got us set up with everything we needed for our new bedroom.

  Anna Marie B. at the Rockaway NJ Store was fantastic to work with. R&F gave me a credit on a mattress that was over 9 years old because it had a 10 year warranty. We set up appointments and I went into the store 3 times, I spent about 8 hours with Anna Marie, getting a replacement mattress and adding some new bedroom furniture. The eight hours was not waiting on Anna Marie, she was great. I was totally my choice to take my time and figure out what I wanted. She helped me find the perfect mattress for me. She was very pleasant to work with. She was not a pressure sales person, which I really appreciated. It was such a great experience. I already sent her phone information to a friend who is going to give her a call. GREAT Employee.

She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to what we were looking for. Anna Marie made what can sometimes be an overwhelming experience feel easy, painless and most importantly.. enjoyable Her professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly set her apart. She followed through on everything and made sure we felt confident and comfortable with our purchase.
