I reserved a storage unit online, but had a few questions and was feeling a bit confused, so I decided to visit the Rochelle Park location in person the next day. That’s when I met Ronald—and he is the absolute best!
I let him know that a unit on the 4th floor wouldn’t work for us because my daughter has mobility issues, and without hesitation, he accommodated us and switched things around with no problem at all.
He answered every single question I had, and his knowledge, kindness, and genuine willingness to go the extra mile made me feel completely comfortable and supported. I am so glad I chose this specific facility. We definitely need more people like Ronald in the world! Thank you the 5x5 unit is perfect just exactly what I needed.
