I had a wonderful experience and I feel compelled to share how exceptional the service was. Jennifer is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring and informative throughout the entire process.
Jennifer took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed us, and made sure she felt comfortable and understood each step. Jennifer truly made a difference and turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and pleasant experience.
It’s rare to come across someone who is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also so personable and compassionate. The space is perfectly fine, the service is what falls short. I was created by an elderly gentleman, very polite, but at the same time stand offf’ish…
Not sure if it was his demeanor, or a complicated computer start up process, but the man was stressed. The initial rent a space get a key and get going process was long for no reason. The amount of patience I had to apply was extraordinary.. for this reason, I have to give this place a thumbs down. And it’s expensive.
