  We had a great experience with Marty at Ridgewood Vacuum. He fixed our Miele vacuum and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly. Marty was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us. We really appreciated his honesty and personal attention. Highly recommend Ridgewood Vacuum!

  I can’t recommend Marty at Ridgewood Vacuum enough! Marty is absolutely wonderful — such a lovely, kind man who genuinely cares about helping his customers. His little shop has every part you could possibly need for your vacuum, which is amazing in itself. But what really impressed me was the service. When I bought a replacement part for my broken vacuum, Marty didn’t just hand it to me and send me on my way. He spent over half an hour patiently trying to figure out how to fit it to my damaged part and fix it for me. You just don’t get that kind of personal service anymore. Marty was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and generous with his time, and I left with a working vacuum and a huge smile! If you need anything for your vacuum, go see Marty. You’ll get fantastic service from someone who truly takes pride in what he does. Five stars without hesitation

  "I can’t recommend Ridgewood Vacuum enough! I brought in my Miele canister vacuum because the power head stopped working. The owner spent 40 minutes trying everything to fix it on the spot—completely for free. When it turned out to be unfixable, he sold me a refurbished power head for a great price along with a 6-month warranty. On top of that, he offered to keep an eye out for replacement parts to potentially fix my original one down the road. Truly a sweetheart and an honest, generous business owner. I will definitely be back!"

  Marty was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. I needed a replacement part for my vacuum, and he was able to instantly identify exactly what I needed. It was clear that he has many years of technical knowledge and experience. I really appreciated his expertise and would highly recommend him!

  I came in with ideas of what I wanted but Marty helped me finalize my decision on a vacuum. There was some items he didn’t have in stock at the time of shopping but he was very helpful getting them and super responsive letting me know when they were ready for pickup. He even threw in a little extra at time of purchase. I don’t think I will need servicing/repairs for a while but will definitely use their service if that time comes. Likewise, they carry many accessories for the major brands and, again, will help place any order for items not available in the store. If you are in the market for a new vacuum or need current vacuum repaired, support local and Ridgewood Vacuum is a ln easy recommendation.
