My husband and I recently went in to rent a storage unit and the experience was the best. I originally called in the main line to asks questions and were helped by Melody, the sweetest and best customer service. Upon arrival, we met Annzour who guided us in choosing the best unit for us. He was so patient and swift with helping us get the process going. Annzour was very detailed to informing us on how to move about the facility, mobile app, and more. His mannerism was top notch! The facility was clean and very secured, exactly what you are looking for. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for storage space.

I don't know what's going on with the administration; they aren't cleaning anymore—it's actually starting to smell bad—and the carts for moving things are left out in the parking lot every morning. I've brought them inside myself—I use them, after all—but that's not my job.
