- ASAndrew SproferaApr 20, 20261.0I got tricked into a subscription when all I wanted was to pay for a couple of visits and I asked the person who showed up to treat my building "I dont want reoccurring fees. Is this a subscription?" To which he told me "No". Long story short it WAS a subscription. I was extremely upset because I was told to my fave it was NOT a subscription. I called the service line to cancel and I was told if I wanted to cancel I would have to pay an outrageous fee. THEN I got roped into continuing tge 12 month subscription at a lower rate to save money on the cancelation. Here we are 10 months later and I still have to call back on the day this subscription ends to make sure they dont renew! I dont even live at the building anymore and haven't since 2025! Absolutely horrific experience.
