I canceled the following day but they came anyway when i wasn't home and left bait traps in the backyard where my 100 lb pitbull could open it easily. I was also told the yard spray was organic--rosemary and something else. But they left a marker in the yard for people and animals to stay off for 72 hours?? That doesn't sound organic.

He will tell you what you want to hear in order to sell you his services. Only when the technician showed up the next day, and I asked him about what the sales rep promised me, where are my suspicions confirmed. Do not recommend. Do not entertain this young man, who says he’s from Oregon, who says he’s a Christian, who will tell you what you want to hear. He lies. Before the technician even left, I called the corporate office and canceled my contract.

The details of the service says treat my property for gnats and ticks but agents are seemingly only spraying the foundation of the house. This last service we had on Wednesday agent never came into the house to treat. Also, never treated up on our deck or removed the wasp trap which we spoke about before they got started with the service. What this comes down to is I don’t feel I’m receiving the service stated in the sign up process.
