Lowes in Princeton did not honor their commitment to me for free shipping for my bathroom vanity. Management then blamed their employees, who were actually helpful , professional and just using the technology available to them on their Lowes's devices.
I was told by assistant manager and customer service that their delivery services were outsourced, and that the delivery service would determine what store they would take my vanity from to deliver to me.
They tried avoiding giving me the specific vanity I'd actually purchased in the store.
Due to the fact that I was under contract to have the vanity installed the following day, I found myself pleading with them to allow me to have the vanity I'd purchased. It was astonishing! This messed up my contractor's schedule, and then I had to get him to pick up the vanity.
Lowe's didn't apologize, they just tried to justify this unacceptable situation. Very disappointing!
Store manager hasn't responded to my message.
I'll never buy any large ticket service or item from Lowe's again. This was a costly very unfair and unpleasant experience.

Been going to this Lowe’s for all of my house projects over the past few years. The paint selection is great, the brands that Lowe’s partners with are so much better than whatever the other hardware store has to offer, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

I’ve had consistently great experiences at Lowe’s Home Improvement. The store has a solid inventory, and I can usually find everything I need for home projects without any hassle. Prices are reasonable, and the 5% discount when using a Lowe’s credit card is a nice perk that adds up over time.
The location is super convenient, right off Route 1, which makes quick trips easy. What really stands out, though, is the staff—they’re always friendly, approachable, and eager to help, whether you’re looking for something specific or need advice on a project.
One thing that can be improved is the pick up experience. I have used it twice. But I had to wait for between 5 to 10 minutes after checking in.
Overall, it’s a reliable and well-run store. Highly recommend!
