- TSTixiao ShanMay 2, 20265.0I’ve had consistently great experiences at Lowe’s Home Improvement. The store has a solid inventory, and I can usually find everything I need for home projects without any hassle. Prices are reasonable, and the 5% discount when using a Lowe’s credit card is a nice perk that adds up over time. The location is super convenient, right off Route 1, which makes quick trips easy. What really stands out, though, is the staff—they’re always friendly, approachable, and eager to help, whether you’re looking for something specific or need advice on a project. One thing that can be improved is the pick up experience. I have used it twice. But I had to wait for between 5 to 10 minutes after checking in. Overall, it’s a reliable and well-run store. Highly recommend!

Someone decided it was a good idea to put a roving sales guy to haunt the shoppers with roof and kitchen and water pitches that no one wants to hear. A guy who doesn’t go away unless you ask him to pointedly. Home Depot doesn’t have this.

A wonderful employee named Logan helped me find the air compressor and he even helped me to remove the debris from my phone and checked it with me to make sure it charged again! He went above and beyond and he saved me a lot of money getting it fixed by an apple technician. Literally the best service I’ve ever gotten at Lowe’s!
- LFLauren FarparanApr 6, 20261.0THEY ARE AWFUL. My husband showed up with a paid receipt and information showing he paid but the person behind the desk wouldnt release our things to him. This is after the Hamilton one supposedly called to arrange this pickup. The store manager, Alesandra, however was very helpful. However I recommend NEVER WORKING WITH LOWE'S EVER!!!!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
