I got excellent service in the appliance department today. Picked out and paid for what I needed in 15 minutes. Thanks Charlie !!!!
Meanwhile at another store I twice tried get a staff member in the appliance department. Even after two employees used their walkie talkies to get someone there, no one showed. Oh well they lost a sale.
I will definitely go back to Lowe's in West Windsor for any future appliance purchases I need to make.
