  We recently had a new home built and our builder had an appliance vendor that he wanted us to use. We have always purchased our appliances from from Art Handler so we advised our builder that we wanted to give Scott the opportunity to provide us with a quote. Scott and Greg were phenomenal, they spent hours with us as we tried to decide which brand to go with. Once a decision was made, the quote matched the builders vendor so we decided to use Art Handler because of the service we knew we would receive. We were not disappointed. Greg was hands on and went out of his way to meet our schedule as we worked in conjunction with the Quartz countertop vendor and cabinet vendor. Greg was always willing to go out of his way to ensure we were satisfied and we can happily say we are and we will continue to use Art Handler for any future needs.

  Emily my sales associate was amazing from the beginning. Super friendly and enjoyable to work with while trying to navigate getting a new dishwasher. She also gave me the best deal. I wish I remember who installed my dishwasher but he was punctual, professional and friendly. He was super careful while removing the old one and bringing in the new one. Nothing was left behind after he was finished the job. I would highly recommend this locally owned business before hiring another big box store to do the job.

  Emily at Art Handlers was terrific. She provided a very competitive quote and scheduled the installation and removal of my daughter’s washer and dryer in Egg Harbor Township seamlessly and in a very professional and efficient manner. And - she scheduled around the July 4th Holiday so that a Young family would not be without a washer and dryer for the week - Thank you very much, Emily.

  Our salesman was helpful and the appliances look great. Unfortunately the service department is not. I bought all new appliances for a new kitchen. My dishwasher is less than one year old and not working. The service department said I’d have to pay for a service visit (which is unexceptable for a new appliance). The service man can and said it is a manufacturing default. They ordered a part and said they’d call when it comes in. They did not. I followed up and now they can’t come back for two weeks. It’s been over a month with no real customer service. I would never recommend them or would warn individuals as long as the appliances are fine it’s ok.
