- GDGianna D’AvanzoMay 26, 20261.0Terrible experience from start to finish. We had an above ground pool installed a few years ago which was a nightmare in and of itself. Since then we have had a leaky part. The owner has come out to “fix” it yearly with tape. Needless to say it’s never actually fixed and we just deal with it the rest of the season. This year, my husband decided he had had enough of the back-and-forth with this company so he attempted to fix it once and for all. Like any true DIY-er he made the problem worse and the leak was much heavier. I called Town and Country, explained the situation, and they said they’d add us to their list. Called back when we didn’t hear to reiterate the importance and how heavy the leak was. The woman who answered said she didn’t know if Bill would be by that day, but she’d let him know to head over asap. This was 1 week ago today and we never heard back. Thank goodness we were able to find someone else who fixed our years-long problem in 10 minutes. I wish I had never ever gone to Town and Country. I feel really bad posting this review for a small business, but I wish I had known and had stayed far away.
