  The experience was fantastic. The sheer amount and of quality items blew us away. Plus the selection of baby / toddler furniture was the best we have seen anywhere! And I would be doing this store a disservice if I didn’t recognize Dave Smith. He did a great job with everything and did so without trying to sell us on any one thing. We would and plan to come back to work with him for everything we purchase in the future!

  Upon my entrance to your store in phillipsburg nj. I was greeted by a very kind man who welcomed me and introduced himself as Anthony. I came to the store bc i have been having billing issues with my account and Anthony took me back to customer service counter. When i was finished i asked Anthiny to if he would please direct me to the rocker recliners. He showed me many chairs very patiently describing each one. I was looking to replace my husband old recliner for fathers day. During our conversatiin i mentioned the loss of our dog and my husband purchase of our new puppy. I spoke of how he got his name and Anthony showed me his most adorable cats chili and meatball. :) i loved them. Anthony was helpful and explained everything to me about the chair I chose, cost, delivery, financing etc. Anthony made my visit easy and answered all my questiins. This is how a professional does his job. I will be back and i will look for Anthony. Best Always Barbara Bailey

  The sales experience was fine, but I pointed out a mistake in my address which the sales associate said would be corrected. It was not corrected and had I not checked there would have been a big problem on delivery day... as it was I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone getting someone who could help me, and that in itself was not an easy process.   First they said 20% discount when I got there they said 15% That is the first discrepancy , then they sold me mattress cover for $100 said it was 100% cotton it was 100% polyester. Called them up to bring it back for a credit they said no. Never opened it up. So this is how they treat there customers. So now ,I will shop at Ahsley, by the way I have purchase other furniture from them NO MORE.

  Don’t ever order from Raymour & Flannigan. Their customer service is the worst by far. My wife and I purchased a sectional and there was five pillows that were supposed to come with it and we never received them and after calling and being promised to get them from service department and then getting lost and reordering them. They couldn’t get them to us. They wouldn’t even let us pick up the five used pillows that were on the floor model since we had been waiting and dealing with empty promises. They offered to have us exchange some of the pieces of our set just to get the pillows which they probably would have tried to give us pieces of lesser quality and that would have required me to lose another day waiting for them to deliver. Mind you that my original day of delivery they didn’t show because “their truck broke down”! What customer service! Just putting it out there so if you’re going to spend $4k, I would think twice about this place
