  Initial meeting went well however that where the professionalism ended. Inspected my appliance, wrote up a receipt with work needed without an estimate. Happily charged me $150 dollars for 35mins of work and left. Reached out multiple time via phone and text message over the course of a week or so asking for an estimate in which I could provide to my insurance company, which I was told will happen after checking availability on replacements parts. Three days later still nothing. A quick google search and I was able to find the factory replacement parts myself, don’t understand what the issue was with finding them. Anyway sounds like this business just makes a profit off of quick 35min service calls, billing you 150 dollars and then ignoring numerous phone calls. Please read the other reviews on here as well stating that they have had the same issues.

  Had I called Benchmark the day my refrigerator broke I probably could have saved the food we had to throw out. 5 year old Refrigerator (LG Inverted Linear) stopped cooling/freezing on a Tuesday. I tried to self diagnose the problem and in the process of looking up fixes found out that LG lost a class action lawsuit for a known issue (bad compressors), but my fridge of course, wasn't eligible to be covered by a few months. (Side note - Get an LG at your own risk). I called several places before finding Benchmark on Wednesday afternoon. All of the other places said it would be weeks to come out. Benchmark scheduled me within 2 days. They came out after a confirming call in the 3 hour timeframe given, exactly as the receptionist explained it would happen. Charlie B was very professional. He came in, diagnosed the issue, explained what the issue was, clearly explained what my options/cost were, and had my refrigerator back up that day. The repairs came with a 1 year parts and labor warranty. I would definitely recommend and use Benchmark for any future appliance issues I have. Zero complaints.

  Love this place!!! Charlie came out and fixed our dryer! Professional and friendly!!! Gail, in the office, was helpful with scheduling! Would recommend this company to anyone needing repairs.
